摘要
以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能技术在各行各业都引发了热议。通过介绍ChatGPT,探讨ChatGPT的出现将对市场营销行业客户服务、个性化推荐、广告投放、数据分析与预测、社交媒体管理以及内容创作等工作岗位所带来的替代性的影响。面对这些变化,以职业为导向的高职院校市场营销专业教学课程内容、教学实施和教学评价也应当进行相应调整。教师则应该与时俱进提升数字素养,专注于专业能力的提高,做数字伦理的遵循者和引导者。
As the representative of artificial intelligence technology,ChatGPT has sparked heated debate in various industries.The paper tried to introduce ChatGPT,and explored its alternative effects on certain marketing positions such as customer service,personalized recommendations,advertising placement,data analysis and prediction,social media management and content creation.Faced with these changes,vocational colleges teaching content,implementation and evaluation of marketing courses should be adjusted accordingly.Faculty should keep pace with the era to improve their digital literacy,focus on the improvement of professional ability,and become the followers and guiders of digital ethics.
