沥青Pickering乳液及其防水土工布的制备研究

摘要 采用自制的阳离子型共聚物颗粒P(St-co-DMC)制备AH70基质沥青和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)嵌段共聚物改性沥青的Pickering乳液,用其对涤纶纺黏非织造布进行浸渍处理,制备防水土工布。分别采用荧光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等对乳液和防水土工布的微观形貌进行表征,探讨油水质量比和沥青类型对乳液液滴粒径及其分布的影响。分析沥青Pickering乳液浸渍前后防水土工布透气性、透湿性、拉伸性能和顶破性能的变化情况。结果表明:P(St-co-DMC)对AH70基质沥青和SBS改性沥青均具有良好的乳化效果;经沥青Pickering乳液浸渍处理后,防水土工布的透气性和透湿性显著降低,防渗透效果增强,拉伸断裂强力与顶破强力均明显提高。 Self-made cationic copolymer particles P(St-co-DMC)were used to prepare AH70 raw asphalt and styrene-co-butadiene-co-styrene(SBS)block copolymer modified asphalt Pickering emulsions respectively,and waterproofing geotextiles were made by impregnating polyester spun-bonded nonwovens fabrics into the Pickering emulsions.The influences of oil-water mass ratio and asphalt type on the emulsion droplets and distribution were investigated with fluorescence confocal microscope.The micro-morphology,air and permeability,moisture permeability,tensile property and bursting property of the impregnated fabrics were studied with scanning electron microscope,and other physical and mechanical apparatuses.The results show that P(St-co-DMC)has good emulsifying effect on both AH70 raw asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.After being impregnated,the air permeability and moisture permeability of waterproofing geotextiles are significantly reduced,i.e.,the impermeability to air and moisture is enhanced,and the tensile breakage forces and bursting forces of the resultant geotextiles are remarkably improved.
