金刚石颗粒体积分数与刺碰概率和防刺性能的关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 制备不同金刚石颗粒体积分数的金刚石颗粒/聚酰亚胺复合树脂片,使用摆锤式织物防刺、割、砍功能组合测量仪对复合树脂片的防刺性能进行测试,探讨金刚石颗粒体积分数对复合树脂片防刺性能的影响。研究结果表明,刺碰概率与复合树脂片中金刚石颗粒体积分数呈线性正相关;复合树脂片防刺强力与金刚石颗粒体积分数呈非线性正相关;刀具刺入体积和金刚石颗粒体积分数的关系曲线与复合树脂片防刺强力和金刚石颗粒体积分数关系曲线基本一致,且为互补函数,由此证实了防刺强力与刺碰概率间呈函数关系的推论。研究可为高效防刺复合树脂片的设计与制备提供定量化的依据。 Diamond particles/polyimide composite resin sheets with different volume fractions of diamond particles were prepared,and the stab resistance of the composite resin sheets was tested by using multifunctional combined measuring instrument,and the influence of the volume fraction of diamond particles on the stab resistance of composite resin sheets was discussed.The experimental results showed that stab probability had a linear positive correlation with volume fraction of diamond particles in composite resin sheet.And stab-resistant strength of composite resin sheet had a nonlinear positive correlation with volume fraction of diamond particles.The curves of cutter penetration volume and volume fraction were exactly the same as stab-resistant strength and volume fraction curve,and the two were complementary functions,which confirmed the inference of the mutual function relationship between stab-resistance strength and stab probability.The research provides a quantitative basis for the design and preparation of high-efficiency stab resistance composite resin sheets.
