摘要
全球数字化的不断深入发展使我们的教育事业也面临着巨大挑战和机遇,数字化教育成为教育发展的重要趋势。小学教师作为基础教育的主力军,是教育数字化的主体和中坚力量。本研究以重庆市主城区小学教师为研究对象,通过访谈法了解小学教师在数字素养方面存在的问题,并提出相应的改进策略,从而更好的促进教师专业化发展,同时也可以为学生提供更为优质的教育资源和实现个性化学习提供保障。
With the continuous development of global digitization,our educational cause is also facing great challenges and opportunities,and digital education has become an important trend in the development of education.As the main force of basic education,primary school teachers are the main body and backbone of education digitization.This study takes primary school teachers in the main urban area of Chongqing as the research object.Through the interview method,the problems existing in the digital literacy of primary school teachers are understood,and corresponding improvement strategies are proposed,so as to better promote the professional development of teachers,and provide students with more high-quality educational resources and guarantee the realization of personalized learning.
