With the advent of the information age,university libraries are facing new challenges and opportunities.This article aims to explore the innovation of reader services in university libraries in the information age,with a focus on various issues brought about by technological development,information acquisition and sharing,digital resource management and access,and changes in user needs.By analyzing the impact on reader service in university libraries,this paper studies the significance of innovation in reader service in university libraries in the era,and proposes corresponding innovation paths.I hope this study can have certain reference value for university libraries to provide high-quality reader services in the information age.
