封闭式管理职业院校学生课余时间管理现状与对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Students'Spare Time Management in Closed Management Vocational Colleges

课余时间管理是学生素质能力的重要体现,职业院校重视学生课余时间管理与规划,提升学生课余时间利用效能是落实教育部三全育人的重要举措。通过对某封闭式管理五年制高职学生开展的问卷调查,系统分析学生课余时间管理现状、存在问题以及课余时间管理质量与学生发展之间的关系,并从学校角度出发提出相应的教育管理对策。

After-school time management is an important embodiment of students'quality and ability,vocational colleges attach importance to students'after-school time management and planning,and improving the efficiency of students'extracurricular time utilization is an important measure to implement the three comprehensive education of the Ministry of Education.Through the questionnaire survey of a closed management five-year vocational student,the current situation and existing problems of students'after-school time management,as well as the relationship between the quality of after-school time management and student development,were systematically analyzed,and corresponding educational management countermeasures were put forward from the perspective of the school.
