摘要
层级互动教学作为一种新型的教学模式,其核心是通过师师、师生、生生之间的互动培养学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式,建立高参与度、高质量的课堂。但在实际运用中教师贯以传统思维开展教学,在课堂参与度、层级小组构建、导学问题设计、评价方面仍存在问题。因此,要推动层级互动教学模式的开展,首先要求培养教师的创新型教学思维、转换自身角色;其次通过对学生的深入了解与同辈研讨构建层级小组、设置导学问题;最后采取双向、多主体的评价方式进行教学评价。
As a new teaching model,the core of hierarchical interactive teaching is to cultivate student′s learning style like autonomous,cooperative,and exploratory,and through the interaction between teachers and students establish a highly participatory and high-quality classroom.However,in practical application,teachers continue to use traditional thinking in teaching,and there are some problems in classroom participation,hierarchical group construction,guidance problem design,and evaluation.Therefore,to promote the development of hierarchical interactive teaching mode,it is first required to cultivate teachers'innovative teaching thinking and transform their classroom roles;then,building hierarchical groups and setting guidance questions through in-depth understanding of students and peer discussions;finally,a two-way and multi subject evaluation method is adopted for teaching evaluation.
