Zhu Xiaoman is the pioneer and practitioner of contemporary emotional education research in China,an educationalist with great achievements and distinctive personality,whose idea of emotional moral education exudes the elegant charm of humanism.She believes that emotional feeling is an important characterization of moral development,emotional education and moral education grow together and promote each other,emotion is the key to charismatic moral education,and by resorting to emotion,moral education will better reach the depths of students hearts and minds.Therefore,in order to cultivate a complete human being with inner fullness and spiritual development,it is necessary to pay attention to enhancing human emotional experience,planting root seeds such as attachment,empathy and shame,and creating an invisible and warm emotional field to promote and develop the human soul.
