情感滋养德性德育抵达心灵--朱小蔓情感性道德教育思想研究

摘要 朱小蔓是我国当代情感教育研究的开拓者和实践者,是成就斐然、个性鲜明的教育学家,其情感性道德教育思想散发着人文的淡雅魅力。她认为情绪情感是道德发展的重要表征,情感教育与道德教育相滋相长、互促共生,情感是魅力德育的关键所在,诉诸情感,德育会更好抵达学生心灵深处。因此,为了培养内在饱满、精神发育的完整的人,要注意增强人的情感体验,播种依恋感、同情心、羞耻感等根基性种子,创设无形温暖可升华的情感场,促进和发展人的灵魂。 Zhu Xiaoman is the pioneer and practitioner of contemporary emotional education research in China,an educationalist with great achievements and distinctive personality,whose idea of emotional moral education exudes the elegant charm of humanism.She believes that emotional feeling is an important characterization of moral development,emotional education and moral education grow together and promote each other,emotion is the key to charismatic moral education,and by resorting to emotion,moral education will better reach the depths of students hearts and minds.Therefore,in order to cultivate a complete human being with inner fullness and spiritual development,it is necessary to pay attention to enhancing human emotional experience,planting root seeds such as attachment,empathy and shame,and creating an invisible and warm emotional field to promote and develop the human soul.
