一种数字相控阵天线阵面的研制

摘要 两维数字相控阵天线研制要求方位扫描±60°,俯仰扫描±30°,且当工作带宽大于百分之十时,最大扫描角的天线增益相比法线下降不能大于4 dB,天线整个扫描范围内副瓣不超过-32 dB。针对上述要求,优化天线阵面排列布局,合理划分子阵,改善辐射单元形式和辐射电流,复合设计辐射单元和校准网络,有效解决水平共线阵子双向大扫描角互耦强、大扫描角增益下降过快和天线扫描低副瓣等问题,经测试验证研制的天线阵面满足总体使用要求。 The 2D digital phased array antenna requires that the maximum scanning gain cannot be more than 4dB compared to the normal drop,and the antenna sidelobe cannot exceed-32dB in the whole scanning range when the working bandwidth is larger than 10%with±60°azimuth scanning and±30°elevation scanning.Some problems are solved in terms of strong mutual coupling of the horizontal collinear array with dual large scanning angles,rapid decrease in large scanning angle gain,as well as low sidelobes in antenna scanning by optimizing the antenna array layout,reasonably dividing the subarrays,improving the form of radiation units and radiation current,and compositely designing the radiation units and calibration network.The antenna developed and verified through the test meets the overall application requirements.
