基于“5G+医疗”的武威市区域创伤中心救治体系建设在急诊创伤中的应用价值

Application Value OfWuwei Regional Trauma Center Treatment System Construction Based On"5G+medical treatment"In Emergency Trauma

目的:探究基于“5G+医疗”的武威市区域创伤中心救治体系建设及其在急诊创伤中的应用价值。方法:收集甘肃省武威肿瘤医院2023年1月-2023年6月接诊的急诊创伤患者180例为研究对象。按照“5G+医疗”救治体系实施的前后进行分组,分为2023年1月-2023年3月常规救治的对照组82例以及2023年3月-2023年6月实施“5G+医疗”救治体系的观察组98例。对照组予常规救治。观察组予“5G+医疗”创伤救治。比较两组医师到达时间、CT检查时间、抢救室滞留时间、抢救成功率、损伤严重程度评分(ISS)评分、不良事件总发生率。结果:观察组医师到达时间、CT检查时间、抢救室滞留时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组抢救成功率明显高于对照组(98.98%vs 91.46%,P<0.05)。干预后两组ISS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率明显低于对照组(3.06%vs 10.98%,P<0.05)。结论:基于“5G+医疗”的武威市区域创伤中心救治体系能够缩短创伤患者救治时间,提升抢救成功率,减轻损伤程度,降低不良事件的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the construction of Wuwei regional trauma center treatment system based on“5G+medical treatment”and its application value in emergency trauma.Methods:180 emergency trauma patients who were admitted to Gansu Provinces Wuwei Cancer Hospital between January 2020 and March 2023 served as the studys subjects.There were 98 cases in the observation group,which observed the implementation of the“5G+medical”treat-ment system from October 2020 to March 2023,and 82 cases in the control group,which underwent conventional treat-ment from March 2020 to September 2020.standard treatment is the control group.5G+medical trauma treatment:obser-vation group.The two groupsdifferences in arrival time,CT examination time,hospital stay time,rate of successful res-cue,injury severity score(ISS)score,and overall incidence of adverse events were compared.Results:The observa-tion groups arrival time,CT examination time,and hospital stay duration were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the success rate of rescue was higherthan in the control group(98.98%vs 91.46%,P<0.05).Both groupsISS scores dropped after the intervention,with the observation group hav-ing statistically significant(P<0.05)lower values than the control group.The observation group had a lower overall inci-dence of adverse events than the control group(10.98%vs 3.06%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuwei regional trauma center treatment system based on“5G+medical treatment”can shorten the treatment time of trauma patients,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the degree of injury,and reduce the risk of adverse events.
