生态一体化保护治理实践研究——以乌梁素海生态保护修复试点工程为例

Research on the Practice of Ecological Integration Protection and Governance:Taking the Pilot Project of Ecological Protection and Restoration in Wuliangsuhai Lake as an Example

党的十八大以来,生态文明建设被纳入中国特色社会主义事业“五位一体”总体布局[1]。坚持“山水林田湖草沙”一体化保护和系统治理,是习近平生态文明思想的重要内容,是政府生态环境治理的重要职能[2]。本文通过乌梁素海生态保护修复试点工程的实践探究,对生态保护相关工程的实践具有借鉴意义。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of ecological civilization has been included in the overall layout of the"Five in One"of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of ecological civilization is a fundamental plan related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and an inevitable requirement for realizing the people's aspirations for a better life.This article explores the practice of the pilot project of ecological protection and restoration in Wuliang Suhai,and has reference significance for the practice of ecological protection related projects.
