摘要
制造缺陷是燃料组件在堆内运行破损原因之一。在核电站运行过程中,燃料组件制造缺陷破损约占堆内运行总组件破损的5%-6%。为了减少燃料组件制造原因在堆内运行时引起的破损,从燃料组件结构、制造过程分析,提出了燃料采购过程中加强燃料组件监造控制及监督力度。通过加强对燃料组件制造过程的监造监督,及时发现、修复或更换具有质量缺陷的燃料组件,最大限度地减少了制造缺陷的燃料组件入堆造成燃料组件堆内运行破损的风险,有效地避免造成更大安全隐患和经济损失。
Manufacturing defects are one of the causes of fuel assembly damage during operation inside the reactor.During the operation of nuclear power plants,fuel assembly manufacturing defects and damages account for approximately 5%-6%of the total component damage in the reactor.In order to reduce the damage caused by fuel assembly manufacturing during operation in the reactor,it is proposed to strengthen the supervision and control of fuel assembly manufacturing during the fuel procurement process,based on the analysis of fuel assembly structure and manufacturing process.By strengthening the supervision of the fuel assembly manufacturing process,timely detection,repair,or replacement of fuel assemblies with quality defects,the risk of fuel assembly damage caused by manufacturing defects entering the reactor is minimized to the greatest extent possible,effectively avoiding greater safety hazards and economic losses.
