雅江中游科技旅游风景区开发建设风险管理指标体系研究

水利风景区是指基于水资源和景观资源形成的具有旅游、休闲、观光等功能的综合性旅游景区。然而,水利风景区的开发建设过程中面临着各种风险。本文以雅中水利风景区开发建设过程中的风险管理为题,深入分析了雅中水利风景区开发建设中所面临的各类风险,并提出了相应的风险管理措施。从设计风险、经济风险、人员风险、市场风险等多个角度进行了综合分析,并构建了雅中水利风景区开发建设中风险指数指标体系,旨在为雅中水利风景区的可持续发展提供指导和参考,以期对该项目的风险管理提供一定的借鉴作用。

Water conservancy scenic area is a comprehensive tourist attraction with functions of tourism,leisure and sightseeing formed based on water resources and landscape resources.However,the development and construction process of water conservancy scenic area faces various risks.This paper takes the risk management in the development and construction process of Yazhong Water Conservancy Scenic Area as the topic,deeply analyzes all kinds of risks faced in the development and construction of Yazhong Water Conservancy Scenic Area,and puts forward the corresponding risk management measures.Comprehensive analysis is carried out from various perspectives,such as design risk,economic risk,personnel risk,market risk,etc.,and the risk index index system in the development and construction of Yazhong Water Conservancy Scenic Area is constructed,aiming to provide guidance and reference for the sustainable development of Yazhong Water Conservancy Scenic Area,with a view to providing a certain reference to the risk management of the project.
