Effect of Small Reservoir Construction in the Treatment of Small and Medium-sized Rivers

水库作为人类防洪减灾,开发利用江河资源的重要手段,一直是国民经济基础建设的重要组成部分。据统计,我国现有小型水库8.2万余座,这些水库对于维护我国社会稳定,保障人民生命财产安全和社会经济可持续发展发挥了巨大作用。本文以永宁县腰石井拦洪库为研究对象探讨小型水库建设在中小河流治理中的作用。

As an important means of human flood control and disaster reduction,as well as the development and utilization of river resources,reservoirs have always been an important component of national economic infrastructure construction.According to statistics,there are over 82000 small reservoirs in China,which have played a huge role in maintaining social stability,ensuring the safety of people's lives and property,and promoting sustainable socio-economic development.This article takes the Yaoshijing Flood Control Reservoir in Yongning County as the research object to explore the role of small reservoir construction in the treatment of small and medium-sized rivers.
