橡胶类支座是由不同尺寸、形状的胶片和钢板层叠镶嵌、硫化、粘合而成。硫化前的钢板半成品通常需要经过清洗、涂胶工序后完成。支座钢板清洗后表面的洁净度是影响橡胶与钢板粘结剥离强度的一个非常关键的因素,通过清洗是获得钢板洁净表面的有效途径。在连续作业生产时采用不同的清洗方式获得的表面洁净度不同,对橡胶与钢板粘结强度及品质存在不同的影响。文中对橡胶支座钢板涂胶前连续清洗作业所采用的3种清洗方式进行分析类比,对橡胶支座钢板选用的清洗方式提供一些参考借鉴。

Rubber bearings are made by laminating,vulcanizing,and bonding different sizes and shapes of film and steel plates.The semi-finished steel plate before vulcanization usually needs to be cleaned and coated before completion.The cleanliness of the surface of the support steel plate after cleaning is a crucial factor affecting the bonding and peeling strength between rubber and steel plate.Cleaning is an effective way to obtain a clean surface of the steel plate.The surface cleanliness obtained by different cleaning methods during continuous operation production varies,which has different effects on the bonding strength and quality of rubber and steel plates.The article analyzes and compares the three cleaning methods used for continuous cleaning of rubber bearing steel plates before gluing,providing some reference for the cleaning methods selected for rubber bearing steel plates.
