摘要
城市地下综合管廊是近几年城市基础设施建设的新趋势,与一般房建项目相比更接近市政路桥施工,其结构线型布置,材料水平运输多,施工占用城市道路。地下综合管廊工程采用明挖现浇施工工艺,在施工中模板扣件脚手架使用较多,造成周转材料用量大,施工质量难以提高;材料周转效率较低,木材等材料消耗多;支模、拆模和转运耗费人工多,劳动强度大。采用纤维增强高分子组合模板,实现以塑代木,减少木材的消耗,可回收再利用,并在高分模板应用的基础上,优化支撑加固材料使用,实现早拆模工艺,提高模板使用效率。
Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is a new trend in urban infrastructure construction in recent years.Compared with general building projects,it is closer to municipal road and bridge construction.Its structural linear layout,material horizontal transportation,and construction occupy urban roads.The underground comprehensive pipe gallery project adopts the open excavation and cast-in-place construction technology.During construction,formwork,fasteners,and scaffolding are often used,resulting in a large amount of turnover materials and difficulty in improving construction quality.The material turnover efficiency is low,and materials such as wood are consumed more.Supporting,dismantling,and transporting the formwork require a lot of labor and is labor-intensive.By using fiber reinforced polymer composite templates,plastic can be used instead of wood,reducing wood consumption and being recyclable.Based on the application of high-resolution templates,the use of support and reinforcement materials is optimized to achieve early demolding process and improve the efficiency of template use.
