Analysis and Treatment of Yaw Retarder Failure of Wind Turbine

以某台风机突然发生全部4个偏航减速器损坏故障为例,通过对风机运行数据、机位微观地形、减速器拆解等方面进行分析,分析引起故障的原因,并提出预防措施,有效减少此类故障。提出的分析思路及措施对存在类似问题的风电场风机具有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking the sudden failure of all 4 yaw retarders of a certain fan as an example,the reasons for the failure are analyzed through the analysis of fan operation data,the micro-topography of the machine position and the disassembly of the retarder,and the preventive measures are proposed to effectively reduce such failures.The analysis ideas and measures proposed in this paper have certain reference significance for wind farm fans with similar problems.
