摘要
智能化采煤工作面建设是煤炭工业转型升级的重要途径,能够提高生产效率、保障安全生产并降低劳动强度。但目前的建设过程中仍然存在许多挑战,如无线网传输技术缺少合理性、自适应牵引控制方案设计不全面以及采煤机截割路径规划明显不足等问题。因此,亟须发展关键技术以推动智能化采煤工作面的建设。本文将重点分析机器人化采煤技术、高精度导航定位技术、人工智能技术、增强现实技术以及网络通信技术等关键技术。同时,以枣泉为例,介绍智能化采煤工作面建设的实际案例。通过深入探讨智能化采煤工作面建设的关键技术,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供有益的参考。
The construction of intelligent coal mining faces is an important way for the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry,which can improve production efficiency,ensure safety production,and reduce labor intensity.However,there are still many challenges in the current construction process,such as the lack of rationality in wireless network transmission technology,incomplete design of adaptive traction control schemes,and obvious insufficient planning of cutting paths for coal mining machines.Therefore,it is urgent to develop key technologies to promote the construction of intelligent coal mining faces.This article will focus on analyzing key technologies such as robotic coal mining technology,high-precision navigation and positioning technology,artificial intelligence technology,augmented reality technology,and network communication technology.At the same time,taking Zaoquan as an example,this paper introduces the actual case of intelligent coal mining face construction.By delving into the key technologies of intelligent coal mining face construction,we aim to provide useful references for research and practice in related fields.
