基于CiteSpace的临床基础检验领域研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of research hotspots in clinical basic laboratory based on CiteSpace

目的:对我国临床基础检验领域的文章进行分析,了解发文现状及其发展趋势,为医学检验工作及相关研究提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网数据库(CNKI)和万方数据知识平台检索近十年(2013年至2023年)期间收录的临床基础检验相关论文,应用CiteSpace 6.1.R3可视化软件对去重后的文献关键词、作者和机构发文情况进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入8884篇文献进行热点分析,我国临床基础检验领域研究发文量呈现先增加后减少的趋势。“血液检验”和“尿液检验”是最主要的研究热点。在25个突现关键词中,持续时间最久的关键词是“不确定度”“质量”“尿酸”,突现强度最高的关键词是“临床检验”。结论:通过文献计量学分析发现,我国临床基础检验研究正蓬勃发展。未来仍需广大检验工作者继续努力,加强基础检验的研究、技术的创新与改革,以期促进医学检验的发展。

Objective:To analyze the articles in the field of clinical basic laboratory in China,to understand the current situation and development trend of the articles,and to provide reference for medical laboratory work and related researches.Methods:Papers related to clinical basic laboratory covered in CNKI database and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform in the past ten years(from 2013 to 2023)were searched.The CiteSpace6.1.R3 visualization software was used to visually analyze the literature keywords,authors and institutions published papers after de-duplication.Results:A total of 8884 literatures were included for hotspot analysis,and the number of research papers in the field of clinical basic laboratory showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.Blood test and urine test were the main research hotspots.Among the 25 emergent keywords,the keywords with the longest duration were uncertainty,quality and uric acid,and the highest intensity was clinical test.Conclusion:Through the bibliometrics analysis,it is found that the clinical basic laboratory research is developing vigorously in China.In the future,it is still necessary for the majority of laboratory workers to put their efforts to strengthen the research of basic laboratory,technological innovation and reform so as to promote the development of medical laboratory.
