全-专结合管理对农村高血压患者血压及体成分的影响

Effect of a management mode combining both general practitioners and specialists on blood pressure and body composition of hypertension patients in rural areas

目的:探究全-专结合管理模式对农村高血压患者血压及体成分的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至6月在安徽省广德县誓节镇招募的387名高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组由全-专高血压管理团队进行管理,对照组由家庭医生签约管理;1年后对比2组在血压、生化指标及体成分上的变化,统计学方法采用t检验和单因素方差分析。结果:两组患者在管理前的血压、生化指标、体成分指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1年后,实验组血压、总胆固醇、身体质量指数(BMI)、脂肪量、内脏脂肪明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全-专结合管理有助于有效控制农村高血压患者的血压,改善患者的生化指标及体成分指标。

Objective:To investigate the effects of a combined general practitioners(GP)-specialist health management model on blood pressure and body composition of rural hypertensive patients.Methods:From January to June 2021,we recruited 387 hypertensive patients in Shijie Town,Guangde County,Anhui Province and randomly assigned to two groups.The experimental group was managed by a GP-specialist hypertension management team,and the control group was managed by a family doctor contract service.The changes in blood pressure,biochemical indicators,and body composition of the two groups were compared after 1 year.Statistic analysis was conducted by using t-test and one-way ANOVA.Results:Before management,there were no significant differences in blood pressure,biochemical indicators and body composition between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 year of management,the levels of blood pressure,total cholesterol,body-mass index(BMI),fat mass,body fat percentage and visceral fat in the experimental group were decreased significantly compared with those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The GP-specialist management mode can effectively control blood pressure and improve biochemical and body composition indicators in rural hypertensive patients.
