高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的含量

Determination of Ethyl Lauroyl Arginate Hydrochloride in Cosmetics by HPLC

建立了水剂类、膏霜类、乳液类和粉类4种不同基质类型的化妆品中月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐含量测定的高效液相色谱法。样品用甲醇提取,经C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离,采用乙腈-三氟乙酸(质量分数0.1%)水溶液(体积比50:50)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为200 nm。分析结果表明:在一定含量范围内月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐线性关系良好,相关系数R~2>0.999,在不同基质中方法的检出限和定量限分别为34.2~48.1 mg/kg和126.8~144.3 mg/kg;在不同类型基质中加标回收率的范围为97.8%~103.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.35%~3.74%。利用该方法测定了150批样品,在1批样品中检出了月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐,质量分数为0.11%。本法操作简便、准确、成本低,可用于化妆品中月桂酰精氨酸乙酯盐酸盐的质量控制。

A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of ethyl lauroyl arginate hydrochloride(LAE)in water-based,cream,lotion and powder cosmetics was established.The sample was extracted with methanol and separated by C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),with acetonitrile-0.1%(in mass fraction)trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution(50:50 in volume)as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 200 nm.The results showed that the linear relationship of LAE was good within a certain concentration range,and the correlation coefficient were greater than 0.999.The limits of detection(LOD)and the limits of quantitation(LOD)for the 4 bases were in the range of 34.2-48.1 mg/kg and 126.8-144.3 mg/kg respectively.The spiked recoveries were in the range of 97.8%-103.7%with relative standard deviation(RSD)of 0.35%-3.74%.The method was used to determine 150 batches of samples,and LAE was detected in 1 batch of samples,with the content of 0.11%(in mass fraction).The developed method is simple,convenient and cost-effective.It is suitable for the determination of LAE in cosmetics.
