“懂医精药”新型临床药学人才的培养

Cultivation of Clinical Pharmacy Talents Characterized by“Familiar with Medicine and Proficient in Pharmacy”

临床药学教育是培养临床药师的主要途径,而训练有素、具有临床知识和技能的临床药师需求量极高,但临床药学人才培养模式仍处于探索阶段。基于“科教融合、协同育人”的背景,提出设置临床药学院的必要性,希望改革现有教学模式,以“共享、互补、协同”为目标,探索大学-医院优势互补的合作共赢机制和人才培养新机制,培养“懂医精药”的新型临床药学人才。

Clinical pharmacy education is the main approach to train clinical pharmacists,and there is a high demand for well-trained clinical pharmacists with clinical knowledge and skills,however,the training model for clinical pharmacy talents is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the background of“integration of science and education,collaborative education”,this article proposes the necessity of establishing a Clinical Pharmacy College and hopes to reform the existing teaching model,aiming for“sharing,complementing,and collaborating”.It explores the cooperative win-win mechanism and new talent training mechanism of complementary advantages between universities and hospitals,in order to cultivate new types of clinical pharmacy talents who are“familiar with medicine and proficient in pharmacy”.
