摘要
针对传统车辆采集终端的存储容量受限、数据处理难度大、数据交互困难的问题,设计了一种基于物联网的车辆采集终端系统。采集终端包括硬件设计和软件开发两个方面,其中硬件设计主要包括数据采集模块、GPS模块以及4G模块;软件开发主要包括采集和处理算法的实现。在采集终端的设计中,考虑了车辆信号采集的实时性和稳定性,采用了移动平均滤波器来消除随机噪声并应用卡尔曼滤波算法进行姿态融合处理。实验结果表明,本研究设计的采集终端能够实现车辆状态数据的实时采集和处理,并能够满足车辆运行监测和驾驶辅助等应用的需求,具有应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of limited storage capacity,difficult data processing and difficult data interaction of traditional vehicle data collection terminals,a vehicle data collection terminal system based on IoT is designed.The data collection terminal includes hardware and software;the hardware mainly includes data collection module,GPS module and 4G module,and the software mainly includes the data collection and processing algorithm.In the design of the data collection terminal,the real-time and stability of vehicle signal collection are considered,the moving average filter is used to eliminate random noise,and the Kalman filter algorithm is applied for pose fusion processing.The experimental results show that the designed data collection terminal can realize the real-time collection and processing of vehicle status data,and can meet the needs of vehicle operation monitoring and driving assistance.
