Cause analysis and solution scheme of circulating pump base ring anchor bolt breakage and missing of a certain nuclear power plant

某核电厂循环水泵频繁出现基础口环固定螺栓断裂、缺失缺陷。为避免因螺栓断裂、缺失导致口环窜动进而引起循环水泵不可用,特对此缺陷进行原因分析,确定螺栓为疲劳断裂,断裂后经水流冲刷后丢失,并根据其原因及现场状况制定处理方案。

The circulating pump base ring anchor bolt of a certain nuclear power plant frequently breaks or goes missing.In order to avoid the unavailability of the circulating pump caused by the breakage or missing of the base ring anchor bolt,the cause of the defect is analyzed.It is determined that the bolt is exhausted and breaks,and then washed away by water.The solution scheme is proposed according to the cause and the site conditions.
