摘要
以我国公布的20份元宇宙产业政策文本为研究对象,利用ROSTCM软件和PMC指数模型方法,采用文本挖掘和内容分析法,对政策进行量化评价。研究发现:我国元宇宙政策中的环境端和需求端政策工具利用率低;政策层级的评分从高到低大致呈现省级、地市级、国家级、区县级的顺序;针对元宇宙产业的法律法规缺失;不同区域的元宇宙产业政策评分存在差异性。最后,综合研究结果给出相应政策启示。
Taking the 20 meta-universe industrial policy texts published in China as the research object,this paper quantitatively evaluated the policies by using text mining and content analysis methods with ROSTCM software and PMC index model.The results found that:the utilization rate of policy tools in China s meta-universe policies on the environment side and the demand side is low;the ratings of policy levels from high to low roughly have the order of provincial level,prefectural and municipal level,national level,and district and county level;there is a lack of laws and regulations for the meta-universe industry;and there is a variability in the ratings of meta-universe industrial policies in different regions.Finally,the synthesized results of the study give corresponding policy.
