摘要
基于创意倡导和评估视角,探讨团队正向学习和团队反向学习两种团队学习方式对团队创造力的影响机制。研究发现:团队反向学习显著正向影响团队创造力;创造力评估在团队反向学习和团队创造力之间发挥中介作用;团队正向学习显著正向影响团队创造力;团队正向学习通过正向影响创意倡导和创造力评估,进而影响团队创造力;环境动态性在团队反向学习与创造力评估之间发挥正向调节作用。研究结果深化和拓展了团队学习方式与团队创造力的关系机制,为企业提升团队创造力提供参考。
Based on the perspective of idea championing and assessment,this paper studies the influence mechanism of two team learning patterns,team obverse learning and team reverse learning,on team creativity.The study found that:team reverse learning has a significant positive impact on team creativity;creativity assessment plays a mediating role between team reverse learning and team creativity;team obverse learning has a significant positive impact on team creativity;team obverse learning affects team creativity by positively influencing idea championing and creativity assessment;environmental dynamism plays a positive moderating role between team reverse learning and creativity assessment.The findings deepen and expand the relationship mechanism between team learning pattern and team creativity,and also provide reference for enterprises to promote team creativity.
