聚乙烯醇对PEDOT:PSS纤维热电性能和拉伸性能的协同增强

Synergistic Enhancement of Thermoelectric and Tensile Properties of PEDOT:PSS Fibers with Poly(vinyl alcohol)

摘要 聚(3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩):聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)纤维通常通过湿法纺丝制得,但其电导率较低,且拉伸性较差,限制了其在可穿戴热电器件中的应用。为提升PEDOT:PSS纤维的导电和拉伸性能,通过在PEDOT:PSS溶液中加入不同质量分数的聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备PEDOT:PSS/PVA复合纤维,研究其导电性能、热电性能和拉伸性能。结果表明,PVA的加入可显著提升复合纤维的导电性,但其塞贝克系数未发生明显变化。当ω(PVA)为9.1%时,复合纤维的电导率最高,可达到257.3 S/cm,其热电功率因子为8.27μW/(m·K^(2))。同时,复合纤维的断裂伸长率随ω(PVA)增加而增加,而抗拉强度随ω(PVA)增加先增加后减小,在ω(PVA)为33.3%时达到最高。研究表明,PVA可协同增强PEDOT:PSS纤维的热电性能和拉伸性能,在柔性可穿戴设备和智能织物等领域具有较大的应用潜力。 Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)fibers obtained through wet spinning show low conductivity and poor stretchability,which hinder their application in wearable thermoelectric devices.In order to improve the conductivity and stretchability of PEDOT:PSS based fibers,PEDOT:PSS/poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)composite fibers with various PVA contents were prepared by incorporating PVA into PEDOT:PSS solution.Their electrical conductivity,thermoelectric performance,and mechanical property were studied.The results indicated that the electrical conductivity was enhanced with the addition of PVA,while the Seebeck coefficient remained unchanged.The highest electrical conductivity was 257.3 S/cm atω(PVA)of 9.1%,and the power factor was 8.27μW/(m·K^(2)).Meanwhile,the stretchability was increased with increasing ofω(PVA)in the composite fibers,while the tensile strength was initially increased and then decreased with increasing ofω(PVA),which reached its maximum value atω(PVA)of 33.3%.It demonstrates that the thermoelectric and tensile properties of PEDOT:PSS based fibers can be synergistically enhanced via incorporating PVA,which shows promising applications on wearable electronics and smart textiles.
