The thermal oil furnace has excellent characteristics such as high temperature,low pressure,and safety,and is widely used in industries such as petrochemical,pharmaceutical,and textile.The thermal oil furnace is convenient to use,easy to control,and easy to operate.However,its start-up process is relatively complex,with high risks.If not handled properly,it is prone to oil leakage and leakage incidents.During use,the heating,extinguishing,heating,cooling,and interlocking protection of the thermal oil furnace are automatically controlled by the PLC system,ensuring smooth operation and low failure rate.However,due to inadequate early debugging,hidden dangers can easily be buried,affecting the smooth and safe operation of the thermal oil furnace.Based on work practice,the key points of ignition,quenching,debugging,and operation of the thermal oil furnace have been summarized,and effective solutions have been proposed.
