在高质量发展背景下,促进城市医疗集团协同优化建设成为分级诊疗发展、医疗卫生服务体系完善的重要组成部分。为加速推进城市医疗集团以价值为导向、紧密型协同发展,作者通过梳理分析城市医疗集团现状和发展困境,提出从主体、价值、资源、信息等多方面协同合作来优化医疗集团分工协作机制和卫生服务体系的策略,引导城市医疗集团高质量、高效率发展。

In the context of high-quality development,promoting the collaborative optimization construction of urban medical groups has become an important part of the development of hierarchical medical systems and treatment and the improvement of medical and health service systems.To accelerate the value-oriented and compact collaborative development of urban medical groups,this paper analyzes the status quo and development dilemma of urban medical groups and proposes strategies to optimize the division of labor and cooperation mechanism and health service system of medical groups from the aspects of subject,value,resources,information,to guide the high-quality and efficient development of urban medical groups.
