摘要
赋能乡村振兴是新时代赋予职业教育的历史使命,也是提升职业教育社会服务能力,实现高质量发展的必由之路。职业教育赋能乡村振兴具有国家、社会、教育、经济等层面的价值逻辑。从现实来看,职业教育在服务乡村振兴过程中,面临着工具思维与价值理性的错位、职业属性与乡村属性的淡化、知识理论与技术实践的脱节、教育投入与实际产出的失衡等困境。据此,提出以下破解对策:注重目标导向,重塑职业教育价值观;找准办学定位,推进城乡一体化发展;深化产教融合,培育乡村振兴新农人;优化赋能管理,构建提质增效新局面。
Empowering rural revitalization is the mission entrusted to vocational education by the times,and it is also the only way to enhance vocational education service capabilities and achieve high-quality development.Vocational education empowers rural revitalization with value logic at the national,social,educational,and economic levels.From a practical perspective,in the process of serving rural revitalization,vocational education faces difficulties such as the mismatch between instrumental thinking and value rationality,the dilution of vocational and rural attributes,the disconnection between knowledge theory and technological practice,and the imbalance between educational input and actual output.Based on this,the following countermeasures are proposed:emphasizing goal orientation and reshaping the values of vocational education;identify the positioning of education and promote the integration of urban and rural development;deepen the integration of industry and education,cultivate new farmers for rural revitalization;optimize empowerment management and build a new situation of improving quality and efficiency.
