摘要 新时代要求教师要担负起为党育人、为国育才的使命。以“广东省高职英语教师教学能力提升”项目为例,探索设计循序渐进的专题,巧用叙事案例的方式,应用数字技术的手段和实施场景教学的方法等四种路径融入课程思政元素,从而提升参训教师的思想政治素养和职业素养,从而满足新时代的要求。 Teachers are required to undertake the mission of educating people for the Party and the country in the new era.Taking the project“Improving the Teaching Ability of Higher Vocational English Teachers in Guangdong Province”as an example,this essay explores to integrate the ideological and political elements into the curriculum through the design of progressive topics,the utilization of narrative and case method,the application of digital technology,and the implementation of situational teaching,in order to enhance the ideological and political literacy and professionalism of the participating teachers,and to facilitate the construction of curriculum ideology and politics after their return to work so as to meet the present requirements of education.
