湖南省国家地下水监测二期工程部署建议

Suggestions for the Deployment of the Second Phase of the National Groundwater Monitoring Project in Hunan Province

国家地下水监测二期工程是自然资源部、水利部联合上报的,由国家审批的大型建设项目,该项目已列入国务院印发的《“十四五”自然资源保护和利用规划》。地下水监测是获取地下水水质、水位、水温等动态变化数据最直接的手段,是保障人民用水安全,减轻和防治地下水污染及其相关的地质灾害和生态环境问题的重要基础。本文系统阐述湖南省地下水监测现状,并根据存在问题为国家地下水监测二期工程建设提供了部署建议,完善了湖南省地下水监测网络。

The second phase of the National groundwater monitoring project is a largescale construction project jointly reported by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Water Resources and approved by the State.The project has been included in the"14th Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Utilization of Natural Resources"issued by The State Council.Groundwater monitoring is the most direct means to obtain the data of groundwater quality,water level,temperature and other dynamic changes,and is an important basis for ensuring people's water safety,reducing and preventing groundwater pollution and its related geological disasters and ecological environmental problems.This paper systematically describes the status of groundwater monitoring in Hunan Province,and provides deployment suggestions for the construction of the second phase of National groundwater monitoring project according to the existing problems,and improves the groundwater monitoring network in Hunan Province.
