摘要
以湖南省自然资源督察现行业务工作路径为基础,通过梳理业务实践过程中存在的问题,研究进一步补充完善自然资源督察全过程业务闭环流程,并提出利用时空知识图谱、铁塔哨兵等应用技术,完善自然资源督察系统架构,通过建设公众督察举报系统和智能基础设施,以及数据平台和数据标准统一化和业务流程信息化,进一步提升自然资源督察工作能效。
Based on the current business path of natural resource superintend in Hunan province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the business practice process,further supplements and improves the closed-loop process of natural resource superintend throughout the entire process,and proposes the use of technologies such as spatiotemporal knowledge graphs and iron tower sentries to improve the architecture of the natural resource superintend system.By constructing a public superintend and reporting system and intelligent infrastructure,And the standardization of data platforms and standards,as well as the informatization of business processes,further enhance the energy efficiency of natural resource superintend work.
