摘要
依托广州地铁某新线区间矿山法隧道近距离穿越运营地铁线工程,为解决工期收紧、在遇孤石或中/微风化硬质夹层中超前管幕顶进困难、地下水渗漏量大等问题,采用理论分析、工程类比与实时监测信息化施工等研究手段,优化设计超前支护结构形式,形成控水保压管棚施工方法,并结合水平跟踪补偿注浆措施,保障了富水地层超前管棚施工安全,减轻了管棚施工对既有线结构的影响,有效确保既有地铁线路的安全运营,有利于今后相似工程的超前支护结构设计与施工。
In this paper,based on the project of a new line of Guangzhou Metro,the mining method tunnel passes through the operating subway line in a short distance.In order to solve the problems of tight construction period,difficult jacking of the advanced pipe curtain in the case of boulders or medium/slightly weathered hard interlayers,and large groundwater leakage,theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and real-time monitoring information construction are used.Research methods such as research methods,optimization design of advanced support structure forms,formation of water control and pressure-holding pipe shed construction methods,combined with horizontal tracking compensation grouting measures,ensure the safety of advanced pipe shed construction in water-rich strata,reduce the impact of pipe shed construction on the existing line structure,and effectively ensure the safe operation of existing subway lines.It provides guidance for the design and construction of advanced support structure of similar projects in the future.
