自动化监测在桥梁满堂支架安全监控中的应用

摘要 满堂支架作为现浇桥梁的临时性支撑结构,在桥梁施工浇筑过程中容易发生失稳坍塌事故,属于危险性较大的关键分项工程,支架的安全监控尤为重要。某现浇城市道路桥梁依托物联网技术,通过智能传感器采集应变、沉降、倾斜等结构参数,以无线传输方式在云平台呈现监测数据,进行超限预警,实现对支架安全状况实时在线的自动化监测。 As the temporary support structure of cast-in-place bridge,full house support is prone to instability and collapse accidents during the bridge construction pouring process,which is a key sub-project with high-risk,and the safety monitoring of support is particularly important.A certain cast-in-place urban road bridge relies on Internet of Things technology to collect structural parameters such as strain,settlement,and tilt through intelligent sensors,present monitoring data and conduct over-limit early warning in the cloud platform through wireless transmission,so as to realize real-time online automatic monitoring of the safety status of the support.
