Analysis of maintenance construction control and countermeasures for hotel decoration engineering

以市场经济下的高要求与酒店装修质量问题层出不穷不能满足消费者需求为切入点,以酒店装饰装修工程为主要研究对象,通过田野调查法、文献研究法,对酒店装饰装修工程项目施工特点进行分析,从酒店维修质量产生的问题、维修工程重难点、维修工程项目管理策略三方面进行探讨分析,以供相关项目参考,推动施工项目高效运转。

Starting from the high requirements under the market economy and the constant inability to meet consumer demands due to the quality issues of hotel decoration,this study focuses on hotel decoration engineering.Through field research and literature research,the construction characteristics of hotel decoration engineering projects are analyzed,and the problems arising from hotel maintenance quality,key and difficult points of maintenance engineering,and management strategies for maintenance engineering projects are discussed and analyzed,to provide reference for relevant projects and promote the efficient operation of construction projects.
