摘要
以大型风力发电机组的集成式传动链为研究对象,阐述油气附着在发电机内部现象并分析其原因,提出了在齿轮箱和发电机接口处的腔体内设置迷宫密封和透气孔的组合压力平衡装置方案,通过测试此腔体内的压力验证了此压力平衡装置的有效性,此设计对风电行业集成式传动链齿轮箱和发电机接口处的设计具有鲜明的指导意义。
Taking the integrated transmission chain of large-scale wind turbine as the research object,this paper elaborates on the adhesion of oil-gas inside the generator and analyzes its reasons.A project of combined pressure balance device is proposed,which is a labyrinth seal and a ventilation hole set in the cavity at the interface between the gearbox and the generator.The effectiveness of the pressure balance device was verified by testing the pressure in the cavity.This design has a distinct guiding significance for the design of the interface between integrated transmission chain gearbox and generator in wind power industry.
