摘要
目的 探究慢性心衰(CHF)患者血清中髓样分化因子88 (MyD88)、细胞程序性死亡受体-1 (PD-1)水平及意义。方法 选取我院2022年1月~2022年12月收治的116例CHF患者作为观察组,另外收集同时间段内于我院体检的健康人群45例作为对照组。单因素及多因素分析慢性心衰的影响分析MyD88、PD-1与LVEDD、LVEF的相关性。结果 两组年龄、体重指数、性别比较差异不显著(P>0.05),观察组MyD88、PD-1、LVEDD高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);单因素分析差异显著的因素作为协变量进行Logistic回归分析,MyD88、PD-1、LVEDD均是CHF的危险因素,LVEF是其保护因素;MyD88与LVEDD呈显著正相关,与LVEF呈显著负相关(P<0.001);PD-1与LVEDD呈正相关,但相关性不显著(P>0.05),PD-1与LVEF呈显著负相关(P<0.001)。结论 慢性心衰患者血清中MyD88水平呈高表达,PD-1低表达,MyD88、PD-1、LVEDD、LVEF均是慢性心衰的影响因素。
Objective To investigate the serum levels and significance of myeloid diferentiation factor 88(MyD88)and programmed cell death receptor-1(PD-1)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods 116 CHF patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 45 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The correlation between MyD88,PD-1 and LVEDD and LVEF was analyzed.Resul ts There were no significant differences in age,body mass index and sex between the two groups(P>0.05).MyD88,PD-1 and LVEDD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVEF was lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis was performed for the factors with significant differences as covariates in univariate analysis.MyD88,PD-1 and LVEDD were all risk factors for CHF,and LVEF was protective factor.MyD88 was positively correlated with LVEDD and negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.001).PD-1 was positively correlated with LVEDD,but the correlation was not significant(P>0.05),and PD-1 was negatively correlated with LVEF(P<0.001).Conclusion The level of MyD88 in serum of patients with chronic heart failure is high,and the expression of PD-1 is low.MyD88,PD-1,LVEDD and LVEF are allinfluencing factors of chronic heart failure.
