摘要
为了研究高抽巷抽采对采空区氧化带的扰动效应,运用Fluent软件研究设置高抽巷、不同抽采负压及不同高抽巷位置对采空区氧化带分布的扰动规律。模拟结果表明:设置高抽巷会大幅增加回风侧的氧气浓度,使得采空区自然发火概率增大;抽采负压增加与进风侧氧化带距工作面距离及回风侧氧化带宽度存在正相关关系;三维空间内高抽巷位置距离回风侧越近对氧化自燃带的扰动影响越大。在满足抽采要求的前提下,适当减小抽采负压并增加高抽巷与回风侧的空间距离可以一定程度内减少采空区自燃灾害的发生。
In order to study the disturbance effect of high drainage roadway on oxidation zone in goaf,Fluent software was used to study the disturbance law of the distribution of oxidation zone in the goaf by setting high drainage roadway, different extraction negative pressure and different high extraction roadway positions. The simulation results show that the setting of high drainage roadway will greatly increase the oxygen concentration on the outlet air side, which will increase the probability of spontaneous combustion in the goaf;there is a positive correlation between the increase of negative drainage pressure and the distance between the oxidation zone on the inlet side and the working face and the width of the oxidation zone on the outlet air side;the closer the position of the high drainage roadway to the outlet air side in the three-dimensional space, the greater the disturbance of the oxidation spontaneous combustion zone. Under the premise of satisfying the extraction requirements,appropriately reducing the negative pressure of extraction and increasing the space distance between the high drainage roadway and the outlet air side can reduce the occurrence of spontaneous combustion disasters in the goaf to a certain extent.
