摘要 传统的巷道围岩压力监测技术相对落后,存在预警能力弱、网络使用寿命较短等不足。通过分析ZigBee无线传感网的协议框架,搭建了巷道围岩压力预警系统,采用低功耗的ARM微处理芯片对网关重新设计,以达到功耗与性能之间的平衡,并利用蚁群算法对标准LEACH路由协议进行改进,避免能量损耗大而引起网络寿命偏短。实验结果表明:改进的LEACH路由协议能够极大地延长无线传感网的使用寿命,运行至1 714轮时,才出现节点死亡情况;预警系统运行稳定,性能良好,可应用于实际情况中。 The traditional monitoring technology of roadway surrounding rock pressure is relatively backward, which has some shortcomings such as weak warning ability and short network life. By analyzing the protocol framework of ZigBee wireless sensor network, a roadway surrounding rock pressure warning system is built. The low-power ARM microprocessor chip is used to redesign the gateway in order to achieve the balance between power consumption and performance. The standard LEACH routing protocol is improved by using ant colony algorithm to avoid large energy consumption and short network life. The results show that the improved LEACH routing protocol can greatly extend the lifetime of wireless sensor network, and node death occurs only when running to 1 714 rounds. The early warning system runs stably and performs well, and can be applied to the actual situation.
