矿用高隔离MIMO天线设计

摘要 5G通信技术作为煤矿智能化关键技术之一,与4G,Wi-Fi等通信技术相比具有更高的带宽、较低的时延以及支持大规模设备连接等特性。然而信息的传输在空间环境有限的矿下存在着较为严重的多径衰落现象,MIMO技术可以有效地解决这一问题,但MIMO技术存在着如何平衡天线单元之间的紧凑性和隔离度的难点。针对该难点设计了一种矿用高隔离MIMO天线,该阵列天线工作在煤矿井下商用5G NR的2.51~2.67 GHz的频段,由相邻阵元间距为0.43λ(λ为2.6 GHz处的波长)的4个矩形贴片天线按H面排列而成,利用带缝隙交叉十字形解耦结构,将原始阵列天线的隔离度从12.78 dB提升至26.31 dB,隔离度提升了13.53 dB,大大提升了煤矿井下信息传输的可靠性。 5G communication technology, as one of the key technologies of intelligent coal mine, has higher bandwidth, lower delay and supports large-scale device connection compared with 4G, Wi-Fi and other communication technologies. However, there is a serious phenomenon of multi-path fading in coal mine which has limited space during the transmission of information. MIMO technology can effectively solve this problem. However, it is difficult to balance the compactness and isolation between the MIMO antenna units. To address this difficulty, a high-isolation MIMO antenna is designed for coal mine. The antenna operates in commercial 5G NR band(2.51-2.67 GHz) for coal mine applications. It is composed of four rectangular patch antennas with an array spacing of 0.43λ(λ is the wavelength at2.6 GHz) arranged in H-plane. Using cross-type decoupling structure with gaps, the isolation degree of the original array antenna is increased from 12.78 dB to 26.31 dB and is raised by 13.53 dB, which greatly improves the reliability of information transmission in coal mine.
