摘要 为解决煤矿主运输系统遇到的岗位多、安全隐患多、运行效率低等问题,设计了一套煤矿主煤流智能化监控系统。该系统采用可编程控制技术、AI图像分析技术、人工智能技术、数据融合技术等,通过搭建生产协同模型实现了主煤流运输区域集中控制、智能调速、煤仓智能管理;通过搭建安全联动模型,实现了环境参数、人员情况、设备供电状态、视频监控等系统的安全联动;通过搭建运行管理模型,实现了主煤流运输系统运行和管理数据的存储、管理和分析,并与煤矿通信联络系统、生产自动化系统、安全监控等系统数据共享。该系统应用于包头能源李家壕煤矿,实现了在地面控制室通过岗位工一键控制主煤流运输系统,并根据带式输送机载荷情况自动启停和调速控制,现场发生设备故障、人员进入危险区域、输送带撕裂等情况会主动报警并视频跳转到相应区域,投入以来固定岗位人员减少到1/3,减少设备磨损15%,同时大幅提高煤矿主运输系统安全运行水平。 In order to solve the problems of many posts, many safety risks and low operation efficiency encountered in the main coal mine transportation system, a set of intelligent monitoring system for main coal flow in coal mine is designed. The system adopts programmable control technology, AI image analysis technology, artificial intelligence technology, data fusion technology, etc., and realizes centralized control of main coal flow transportation area, intelligent speed regulation, and intelligent coal bunker management by building production cooperation model. By building the security linkage model, the security linkage of environment parameters, personnel conditions, equipment power supply status, video monitoring and other systems is realized. By setting up the operation management model,the storage, management and analysis of the operation and management data of the main coal flow transportation system are realized, and the data is shared with the coal mine communication system,production automation system, safety monitoring system and other systems. The system is applied to Lijiahao coal mine of Baotou energy, which realizes the control of the main coal flow transportation system in the ground control room by one button of the post worker, and automatically starts and stops and speed control according to the load of the belt conveyor. In the case of equipment failure, personnel entering the dangerous area and conveyor belt tearing, the system will automatically alarm and the video will jump to the corresponding area. Since it was put into operation, the number of fixed posts has been reduced to one third, the equipment wear has been reduced by 15%, and the safety operation level of the main transportation system of coal mine has been greatly improved.
