摘要
Over the past three decades, mobilities—the study of the movement of ideas, people, capital, and things—has received significant attention from scholars in sociology and human geography,in what Urry(2003)called the“mobilities turn”and Sheller and Urry(2006)later termed the“new mobilities paradigm.”As Roy(2012,p.35)put it,this is a shift in emphasis“from the study of mobile policy to the study of the practices through which policy is made mobile.”
