连续箱梁项目中悬臂现浇工艺与现浇支架工艺的对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 为确保设计变更的合理性,结合某箱梁项目,从工艺方法、工期、费用及结构受力等方面对悬臂现浇工艺和支架现浇工艺两种方法的施工难度、可行性及经济性进行对比,结果表明,采取支架现浇施工分段少,结构受力简单明了,易控制,工期短,费用低;悬臂现浇施工分段多,结构受力较复杂,施工控制难度大,工期相对较长,总体费用更高。本项目设计变是合理可行的。 Combining with a box girder project,the study mainly compares the construction difficulty,feasibility and economy of cantilever cast-in-place process and support cast-in-place process from process method,time limit,cost and structural stress,etc.The results show that the structure is simple clear,and easy to control,with short construction period and low cost.However,the cantilever cast-in-place construction has many sections,the structure is more complicated,the construction control is difficult,the construction period is relatively long,and the overall cost is higher.The design change of this project is reasonable and feasible.
