风机主吊机械选型研究

摘要 为解决能源紧缺问题,采用理论分析与对比研究法,对风力发电机组的分类及特点、选型影响因素及机型比选进行研究。研究发现,普通异步发电机组结构简单,发电效率高,但不利于电网电能质量的控制。双馈感应发电机组借助变速恒频技术可实现最大风能的捕获、追踪与控制。直驱永磁同步发电机组通过变频器能够实现全功率变换。在主吊机械选型方面应用较为广泛的是履带式起重机与全路面起重机,前者有着良好的承重力,较高的灵活度及稳定性,后者能够实现全轮转向及360°全方位吊装。对主吊机械选型进行研究,可为相关工作提供参考,促进我国风电事业的发展。 In order to solve the problem of energy shortage,the classification,characteristics,selection factors and model comparison of wind turbines are studied with theoretical analysis and comparative research.It is found that the common asynchronous generator set has simple structure and high power generation efficiency,but it is not conducive to power quality control.The doubly-fed induction generator can capture,track and control the maximum wind energy with variable speed constant frequency technology.Direct drive permanent magnet synchronous generator set can realize full power conversion by frequency converter.Crawler crane and all-road crane are widely used in the selection of main crane machinery.Crawler crane bears a good loading,with high flexibility and stability.All-road crane can achieve all-wheel steering and 360°all-round lifting.The research on the selection of main crane machinery can provide reference for related work,and promote the development of China’s wind power industry.
