对比增强乳腺X线摄影的研究进展

摘要 对比增强乳腺X线摄影(CEM)是一种可同时提供肿瘤形态信息和血供信息的新兴影像技术。CEM使用碘对比剂后同时采集低能图像和高能图像,基于碘的k边缘效应可消除腺体的重叠,提高肿瘤新生血管的可视化。虽然CEM会增加患者辐射剂量,且存在对比剂不良反应和肾毒性的风险,但其在术前评估、新辅助化学疗法评估等方面具有重要的临床价值及发展潜力,故本文作者对CEM技术临床应用和未来发展进行综述。 Contrast-enhanced mammography(CEM)is an emerging imaging technique that simultaneously provides information on tumor morphology and vascularity.CEM involves the administration of iodine contrast agent,with the simultaneous acquisition of low-energy and high-energy images.Leveraging the iodine K-edge effect,CEM eliminates the overlap of glandular tissue,enhancing the visualization of tumor neovascularization.Although CEM increases patient radiation exposure and carries risks of contrast agent adverse reactions and nephrotoxicity,it holds significant clinical value and potential for development in areas such as preoperative assessment and evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Hence,the authors of this article provide a comprehensive review of the clinical applications and future prospects of CEM technology.
