Enhancing the utilization of adverse drug reactions monitoring data to promote the construction of drug safety alert system

药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作是药物警戒体系建设的基础工作。ADR数据的数量和质量提升,为基于ADR自发报告数据开展临床药品评价与风险预警提供了有效支持。因此,系统化开展ADR自发报告的评价与相关的数据挖掘、数据反馈、数据共享查询等数据利用,有利于推动药物警戒体系建设,促进临床安全合理用药;实现ADR数据“来之于体系,用之于体系”的服务反馈理念。

The monitoring of adverse drug reactions(ADR)is the foundational work in the construction of a drug alert system.The improvement in both quantity and quality of ADR data provides effective support for the clinical evaluation and risk warning of drugs based on spontaneously reported ADR data.Therefore,the evaluation of systematic spontaneously reported ADRs,along with related data mining,data feedback,and data sharing queries,is conducive to advancing the construction of the drug alert system.This,in turn,promotes safe and rational drug use in clinical settings.It embodies the concept of service feedback in ADR data:"derived from the system,used for the system".
