车体偏载对系列化标准地铁80B车辆动力学性能的影响研究

摘要 建立了考虑车体偏载的理论模型,理论分析了车体偏载对系列化标准地铁80B车体刚体振型频率的影响规律;建立了系列化标准地铁80B车辆系统动力学模型,计算分析了车体偏载对车辆动力学性能指标的影响。结果表明:随着纵向偏载量增大,车体摇头、车体点头模态频率增大,车体浮沉、车体下心滚摆模态频率减小,而车体上心滚摆模态频率基本不变;横向偏载对车体模态频率影响较小。临界速度随着车体重心的前移而逐渐增加。相比横向偏载而言,纵向对车辆横向及垂向运行平稳性的影响更大,纵向偏载发生后,减载端转向架垂向平稳性指标会增加,导致运行平稳性变差。 A theoretical model considering the eccentric load of the car body is established,and the influence law of the eccentric load of the car body on the rigid body vibration frequency of the serialized standard subway 80B car body is theoretically analyzed.The results show that with the increase of the longitudinal eccentric load,the modal frequencies of the body shaking and the nodding of the body are increased,and the modal frequencies of the body floating and sinking and the lower center roll of the body are decreased.The modal frequencies of the upper center roll of the body are decreased,and the lateral eccentric load has little effect on the modal frequency of the vehicle body.The critical speed is gradually increased as the center of gravity of the vehicle moves forward.Compared with the lateral eccentric load,the longitudinal direction has a greater impact on the lateral and vertical running stability of the vehicle.After the longitudinal eccentric load occurs,the vertical stability index of the load-reducing end bogie will be increased,resulting in poor running stability.
