摘要
智慧养老是应对人口老龄化、提升老年群体健康生活质量、增进社会福祉的重要措施。我国的健康老龄化理论不够清晰,理论与实践的衔接存在明显断点,智慧养老的包容性仍有很大的研究纠正空间。以包容性理念为指导,聚焦我国养老服务的实践现状、调研相关智慧养老服务案例,剖析老年人的健康养老需求,探讨和创建基于个体能力变化、养老相关角色能动参与的社区居家养老健康服务体系与包容性策略。构建的智慧养老服务模型具有实践性和可行性,对提高老龄产品的适老化、服务高效性、增进社会福祉具有一定指导意义。
Smart elderly care is an important measure to deal with the aging population,improve the healthy quality of life of the elderly group,and enhance social well-being.China’s healthy aging theory is not clear enough.There is an obvious break point in the connection between theory and practice.And the inclusiveness of smart elderly care needs to be improved.Guided by the concept of inclusiveness,the study focuses on the practice status of elderly care services in China,researches related smart elderly care service cases,analyzes the needs of the elderly for healthy elderly care,and discusses and creates a community home-based elderly care health service system and inclusive strategy based on changes in individual abilities and active participation of relevant roles for the elderly.The construction of smart elderly care service model is practical and feasible,and has certain guiding significance for improving the aging suitability of elderly products,service efficiency and social well-being.
