摘要
为分析工商管理专业人才培养质量的影响因素,对A大学工商管理专业大三学生进行问卷调查,利用熵值法计算权重指标。结果表明,二级指标中占比较高的是班主任、本科生导师等工作的开展情况及课程体系设置、专业教育开展情况。从专业课程设置过程中学生对教学改革效果的认可度来看,学生比较认可教学改革效果,说明教师在授课过程中能够积极创新,与时代发展相结合。班主任、本科生导师还应不断加强与学生之间的沟通交流,合理设置课程体系,帮助学生建立专业学习自信,为社会培养出更多创新型工商管理专业人才。
In order to analyze the influencing factors of the quality of business administration professional talent training,the study conducts a questionnaire survey among the junior students of business administration major in A University,and calculates the weight index with entropy method.The results show that the relatively high proportion of the secondary indexes are the development of class teachers,undergraduate tutors,curriculum system and professional education.From the perspective of students’recognition of the effect of teaching reform in the course of professional curriculum setting,students are more likely to recognize the effect of teaching reform,indicating that teachers can actively innovate in the course of teaching and combine with the development of The Times.Class teachers and undergraduate tutors should also continuously strengthen the communication with students,set up a reasonable curriculum system,help students build professional learning confidence,and cultivate more innovative business management professionals for the society.
